In this workshop, painting, drawing and clay work will be the tool for you to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
Explore yourself, discover yourself anew, get rid of old and outworn patterns of thoughts and emotions. Your self-expression through art work as an individual, being held and supported through others, opens new dimensions for your own self understanding. Integrate old grief, anger, fear, pain within yourself. Expand the joy, creativity, love and laughter in you. Become whole, so that the life-energy can flow freely through your heart, mind and body into your life.
This workshop is not so much about creating a beautiful piece of art. The main focus will be to use art as a tool for you to set your own power free. Seen with renewed eyes, free from superficial judgement, in a loving environment, every piece you will create will be awesome! Dare to give yourself a space to express and heal in a soft and gentle way. During this week you will be supported to find your own rhythm, reconnect with your deepest truth and express whatever wants to come out. You will learn to trust your own intuition to guide you. You will be surprised that you don’t have to push yourself at all.
When you simply let yourself be inspired by the safe and creative environment we supply you with, your inner guide will lead you through your own healing journey.
Please watch this short introduction to the workshop:
Pavithra has lived and worked as a psychotherapist and counsellor for more than 10 years. Out of her passion for art she has always included painting, drawing and clay work in her therapeutic approach. Witnessing the marvelous results this had with her clients, she developed a more systematic frame, which provides a safe and nurturing environment for personal growth and healing. At the same time she loves the playfulness that comes about with the different colors and material, nourishing not only the adult part in ourselves, but also providing the inner child with a space to express and heal.
